Christian Developers Network found it's birth within the death of a beloved community site known to us as Christian Coders Network..

Christian Coders Network was orignally founded by Krylar back in 2001. After seeing programmers being flamed online for their believes while looking for help on topics. He created a little nook in the net just for us to hang, over time the site grew and prospered..

During this time Mack joined the Christian Coders Network and over the course of 5 years built a friendship with Krylar and the other users on the site. Krylar made him assistant admin over CCN to tend to things while Krylar focused on his family life and career.

On December 14th, 2007 CCN was hit with a series of DOS attacks that shut down the providers server. The provider cancelled hosting the site and CCN was left without a home. Krylar passed the keys onto Mack to lead the site further. Mack opened CDN on December 15th, 2007 for veterans of CCN and also new developers looking for a home.

Many months later the previous users on Christian Coders Network plus an infusion of new blood have made the Christian Developers Network a premier site for Christian developers to hang out at. Mack promoted users HanClinto and Samw3 to help admin the site and forge the complete vision of what CDN is meant to be.

The basics of this site have been based on the experience CSS template by Nodethirtythree which is freely available here. Some graphical, layout and remaining code work done by Mack, Samw3 and LAVA.
