Re: The temptation to quit your project

It seems like that information would apply as well to projects that don't matter. b-o, I was thinking something along the same lines. However, such projects should always be weighed with discernment. If we have discerned that a project is something we ought to finish, then to back down from it, for...

Re: The CGDC 2012 Topic

I plan on attending this year again. I had a great time last year, and highly suggest it for those who can make it out!

Andy, maybe you could make it if you had your honeymoon in Newberg, Oregon ;)

Thanks Sam!
I'm going to look into fixing that font issue and see if I can clean it up for my next update.

Re: Contain for iOS

Thanks Andy.
But yeah, Apple's promo code system can be a real pain sometimes.
I especially find their iTunes Connect site sketchy at times with failing to load and whatnot.

Contain for iOS

I recently finished up a small game for the iPhone and iPod Touch. It was a fun project for improving my skills with Objective-C and Xcode. I will be updating it later with Game Center and tweak a few things, so any input is appreciated. You can check it out here http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/conta...

But really, that is awesome to hear. But next time you're in Vancouver, you can't leave until we have a lan party with CS :P

Re: Epic Tic Tac Toe for iOS

Thanks :) Creating a well balanced and challenging computer AI was a fun challenge. I initially set the goal of creating an unbeatable AI. I thought it would be quite easy, but it took me quite a few days to get it all sorted out and proper. I had to ask others around me for any strategies I was mis...

Re: Epic Tic Tac Toe for iOS

Speaking of iPads... I need one of those. I can also confirm that SSquared is indeed a lover of iPads. As to your question Berry, we are planning to put stuff on the Android eventually. Game Maker is going to be able to port to iOS and Android devices by the end of the year, so I'll be porting most ...

Re: Epic Tic Tac Toe for iOS

Thanks Andy, your support is greatly appreciated.
I really wished it worked with 1st generation iPods as of now, but figuring out how to weak link frameworks was just one more reason for me to procrastinate on uploading something :)
