No there isn't any special shader. However, I did use a lot of procedural textures for the specular and bump channels in addition to the face map I created for the model. This is the face map I created from some front and profile shots Jetspice sent me below.

Yeah I know it looks funny. I'll eventually build the glasses. Its just that when I meet Jeff he was always wearing his. So I just made two glass circles in rims to help me see if I was building the model right. To me Jeff just doesn't look like Jeff without them. Lol. Anyways, thanks for the kudos I appreciate it brother.
